Cianô dal vin – the enological soul of the house

The Cianô dal vin, as we Ladins call it, is more than just a wine cellar. It is a special place to gather, taste, and share.
We offer a selection of regional and international wines, fine spirits, and menus designed to complement every glass. The wooden beams, dating back to1850 and sourced from the Ciampëi farm in La Valle, create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, full of history and warmth.
Surrounded by wines, stories, and emotions, you can enjoy an authentic experience: a moment of South Tyrolean conviviality, where taste meets tradition, and our passion for wine is transformed into an unforgettable connection.

Gastronomic experiences:

• Fonduta “Il Cappello”: roasted meat served with potatoes and side dishes for a convivial, flavour-filled experience.
• Cheese fondue: perfect for groups of up to 8 people, to enjoy together as in times gone by.
• Steak evening: truffle tagliolini tasting followed by a selection of meats (veal, beef, or game) served in the centre of the table.
