Deposits

• Reservations are only confirmed after payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay. You can provide credit card details (including expiry date) or make a bank transfer to the following account:

• We recommend taking out the “Hotel Cancellation Plus” travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen events

Cancellation Policy (Season 2025–2026)

1.       Periods: 05.05–03.07.2025, 08.07–09.08.2025, 25.08–08.11.2025, 04.12–19.12.2025, 15.03–12.04.2026

• Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: no penalty, deposit of 30% is retained
• From 6 days before arrival: 100% of the stay

2.       Periods: 04.07–07.07.2025, 10.08–24.08.2025, 07.01–11.01.2026, 24.01–13.02.2026

• Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival: deposit of 30% is retained 
• From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the stay
• From 14 to 7 days before arrival: 60% of the stay 
• From 6 days before arrival: 100% of the stay 

3.       Periods: 20.12–24.12.2025, 12.01–23.01.2026, 01.03–14.03.2026

• Up to 15 days before arrival: deposit of 30% is retained 
• From 14 to 7 days before arrival: 60% of the stay 
• From 6 days before arrival: 100% of the stay

4.       Christmas / New Year / Peak Season: 25.12.2025–06.01.2026, 14.02–28.02.2026

• Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival: 50% of the stay 
• From 44 to 35 days: 80% of the stay
• From 34 days before arrival: 100% of the stay

In the event of cancellation, the 30% deposit will be retained.
In the case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
These conditions also apply if the cancelled rooms are subsequently re-rented, either partially or fully.
