- The Kolfuschgerhof wellness area has been expanded to include an outside area: panorama relaxation room with fireplace and balcony with a view of the Sella massif, outdoor whirl-swimming pool (12 meters x 5 meters), panorama event alpine sauna hut with its own relaxation room on the 1st floor, vitality area, Fitness room with large windows and panoramic views, 2 roof terraces with 360 ° view, everything in a meadow-forest landscape

Good to know:
- Room service: € 20,00
- Garage: € 20/per day
- Pets (small pets are only allowed): we charge between € 35,00 and €45,00 per pet/per day depending on the size. We assume no liability for damage caused by a guest’s pet. We kindly ask that you do not bring your four-footed friend into a dining area.
- Our beauty and massage facilities are in very high demand and so we recommend that you schedule your treatments with us when booking your room. Please note that, in the case of late cancellation (within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment), we charge an 80% cancellation fee; in the case of no-shows we charge the full amount.
- Your room(s) will be available on the date of arrival from 4 pm; we ask that you check out no later than 10 am
- The reservation can only be confirmed once we receive your deposit of 30%. The cheapest and safest way is to send us your credit card number together with the expiration date, which we will use to arrange payment of the deposit. Cancellation policies
We have set our cancellation policies for the year 2025-2026 to allow you to plan your holiday without worries and ensure maximum flexibility, as follows.
1 ) 05.05 - 03.07.2025, 08.07 - 09.08.2025, 25.08 - 08.11.2025, 04.12 - 19.12.2025, 15.03 - 28.03.2026
In case of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied; only the deposit of 30% will be retained and will not be refunded.
From 6 days prior to the date of arrival, 100% of the booked arrangement will be charged
2) 04.07 - 07.07.2025, 07.01 - 11.01.2026, 24.01 - 13.02.2026
In case of cancellation up to 31 days prior to the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied; only the 30% deposit will be retained and will not be refunded.
From 30 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival, 40% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
From 14 to 7 days prior to the date of arrival, 60% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
From 6 days prior to the date of arrival, 100% of the booked stay price will be charged
3) 10.08 - 24.08.2026, 20.12 - 24.12.2025, 12.01 – 23.01.2026, 01.03 - 14.03.2026
In case of cancellation up to 15 days prior to the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied; only the 30% deposit will be retained and will not be refunded.
From 14 to 7 days prior to the date of arrival, 60% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
From 6 days prior to the date of arrival, 100% of the the booked arrangement will be charged.
4) 25.12.2024 - 06.01.2026, 14.02 – 28.02.2026
In case of cancellation up to 45 prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
From 44 to 35 days prior to the date of arrival, 80% of the the booked arrangement will be charged.
From 34 days prior to the date of arrival, 100% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
These conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are re-sell completely or only partially. Therefore, we recommend taking out the Hotel Plus Travel Cancellation Insurance.
