• The Kolfuschgerhof wellness area has been expanded to include an outside area: panorama relaxation room with fireplace and balcony with a view of the Sella massif, outdoor whirl-swimming pool (12 meters x 5 meters), panorama event alpine sauna hut with its own relaxation room on the 1st floor, vitality area, Fitness room with large windows and panoramic views, 2 roof terraces with 360 ° view, everything in a meadow-forest landscape
• Our natural sunbathing lawn "1,800" is being redesigned, plus a nature trail, herb garden and a small children's playground

Good to know:

• Room service: € 20,00
• Garage: € 20/per day
• Pets (small pets are only allowed): we charge between € 35,00 and €45,00 per pet/per day depending on the size. We assume no liability for damage caused by a guest’s pet. We kindly ask that you do not bring your four-footed friend into a dining area.
• Our beauty and massage facilities are in very high demand and so we recommend that you schedule your treatments with us when booking your room. Please note that, in the case of late cancellation (within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment), we charge an 80% cancellation fee; in the case of no-shows we charge the full amount.
• Your room(s) will be available on the date of arrival from 4 pm; we ask that you check out no later than 10 am
• The reservation can only be confirmed once we receive your deposit of 30%. The cheapest and safest way is to send us your credit card number together with the expiration date, which we will use to arrange payment of the deposit. •  We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance through Hotel Kolfuschgerhof

 In order to enable you to plan your holiday without worries and to guarantee maximum flexibility, we have adjusted our cancellation policy for the year 2023-2024.

1 ) 17.05. - 03.07.2024, 08.07. - 09.08.2024, 25.08. - 03.11.2024, 04.12.2024 - 20.12.2024, 15.03.2025 - 29.03.2025    

For cancellations made up to 8 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged. The deposit of 30% will be not refunded
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.

2) 04.07. - 07.07.2024, 25.01.2025 - 28.02.2025

For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged. The deposit of 30% will be not refunded
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.

3) 10.08. - 24.08.2024, 21.12.2024 - 23.12.2024, 08.03.2025 - 14.03.2025

For cancellations made up to 15 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged. The deposit of 30% will be not refunded
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.

4) 24.12.2024 - 06.01.2025, 01.03.2025 - 07.03.2025

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
In case of cancellation, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount paid for the missing days.
