Two atmospheres, one unique setting

Bistrot

Open from 12:00 to 19:00, the bistro is the perfect place to enjoy a tasty break after a walk or a few hours on the slopes.
Our menu features a selection of starters, first courses and main dishes inspired by local traditions and prepared with fresh regional ingredients. To finish on a sweet note, our homemade desserts are a must.
For aperitifs, we serve light and flavourful dishes such as fresh tartares, flambéed prawns, and carefully selected boards of cold cuts, sliced using our historic Berkel slicer.
It’s a cosy and informal setting where you can savour the mountains in every bite.

Lounge Bar

Open from the afternoon until late evening, our Lounge Bar is the perfect place to relax after a day outdoors.
We offer a selection of signature cocktails, local and international wines, teas and herbal infusions, as well as a wide range of spirits.
A particular highlight is our Kolfuschgerhof Ladin Gin, an artisanal spirit infused with mountain herbs collected at an altitude of over 2,000 metres – a truly authentic tipple that captures the essence of the Dolomites.
From 8:30 pm, live piano music enhances the atmosphere, creating an unforgettable evening of exquisite drinks and gentle melodies.
The elegant yet informal setting boasts panoramic mountain views and is perfect for relaxing in style.
