ach, liebe Familie Ebner, Ihr Haus ist so schön, es ist völlig egal, wie unsere Freunde untergebracht sind, sie werden jedes Zimmer als Traum ansehen. Bitte keinen Wirbel, bis jetzt haben wir uns immer gefunden. Es wäre schön, wenn wir bei Tisch zusammensitzen könnten. Ansonsten reisen mein Mann und ich ja schon am Samstag an, die anderen sind noch zum Oktoberfest in München und kommen am Montag. Mein Mann und ich sind der Meinung, daß kein Oktoberfest der Welt dem Aufenthalt im Kolfuschgerhof standhält. Wir freuen uns schon unbändig darauf, wieder Ihre Gäste sein zu dürfen. Meine Freundin Annette Fannrich schwärmte immer von dem besten Hotel "Alpenrose" am Achensee, aber ich denke, der Kolfuschgerhof hält da allemal mit.
In 4 Wochen sind wir da und senden ganz herzliche Grüße

Amy and I would like to thank you so much for the incredible day that we had! The organisation, attention to detail, food, service and friendliness of the team made the day famtastic!
We cannot thank you enough for all your hard work in ensuring that the whole day ran smoothly, the atmosphere was relaxed, even down to allowing us to use the Tavern in the evening, which was great fun and made sure that we didn't interefere with any other guests.
Words can't describe what a great day we had, but a huge part of it was down to you Dagmar and again we thank you for eveything you did. Thanks again for a truly memorable day!
We love the Hotel & Corvara and will no doubt be visiting you again next year.

presso il vostro ristorante. Volevo complimentarmi con voi per come ci siamo sentiti
a nostro agio e per come abbiamo pranzato e bevuto bene (rose' franciacorta e lagrain veramente ottimi
e serviti , cosa che non accade spesso, da un simpaticissimo giovanotto, forse il figlio dei proprietari)

Vostra struttura per la pulizia, l'ordine ed il conforto riscontrato, sia
nelle camere che nel ristorazione e nell'area fitness.
I complimenti anche per la Vostra ospitalità e gentilezza.
Un particolare saluto a Dagmar con la quale abbiamo avuto modo di scambiare
quattro chiacchiere al congedo; alla bellezza unisce una eleganza e
gentilezza di comportamento ben graditi agli ospiti; il nostro augurio, come
anticipato a Dagmar, è che la Vostra famiglia, proprio perchè così compatta,
sia sempre la Vostra migliore vittoria.
Personalmente (visto che mia moglie già conosceva la zona e come amante
della montagna si è riempita di foto-ricordo), pur preferendo spiagge e
mare, sono stato molto colpito anche dall'ambiente che a ben ragione è stato
ultimamente denominato "patrimonio dell'umanità".
