 The cuisine at the Kolfuschgerhof Hotel is a creative experience. The delicacy of the Italian dishes, the typical Ladin cuisine and the international flavours – each day we offer you a different menu: welcome cocktail, breakfast buffet, lunch at the restaurant, aperitifs in our rustic tavern or our old farmhouse, wild game menus, grilled pork served on the terrace and romantic Ladin specialities at the Col Pradat lodge, all accompanied by fine wines from our cellar. To round off a special day, our bar serves cocktails, pick-me-ups, cognac, brandy and grappa every evening. |
